I started in the industry in my early 20's and was officially licensed in January 1984 and then I proceeded to earn my Brokers License in 1990. In the Real estate industry it is important to have a strong background to handle the many different complex Real estate disclosures and laws and be able to advise you the customer as to the best decisions on the sale or purchase of a home or investment.
With my diverse background and experience and I also hold and seek out the highest level of education and tools to create success for the clients that I represent. I have studied at Washington State University, hold a A.A. degree in Real Estate and have the following high level designations: GRI (Graduate Realty Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional), GMA (Global Marketing Agent), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource). I also hold a Hawaii State Broker's License ( RB-21409).
Nobody wants to deal with a pushy real estate agent. At the same time, you don't want an agent who's never in touch and fails to service your needs in a timely fashion. In the early stages, many home buyers and sellers shy away from asking too many questions as they don't want to waste the agent's time. The truth is, I want to hear from you on a regular basis so we can grow together as your house hunting or selling journey matures.

Circumstances may change as time goes on so it's important to constantly reassess how often you'd like to receive market updates and what your preferred method of communication is. Effective communication is essential when it comes to forming and maintaining any relationship and a client/agent relationship is no different.
